I’ve been there.
I spent my entire life hustling and striving towards my big creative dreams…and I had a lot of burnout and exhaustion to show for it. The stress of the “hustle” took a toll on my body, and my mental and physical health suffered for it.
I’ve experienced the rigor of a BFA Musical Theatre program, the NYC hustle and working one million jobs to make ends meet, performing on a cruise ship, at regional theaters around the country, on a national tour, and Broadway, and through lots of trial and error (and picking up a few certifications along the way), I decided to become the resource that I so desperately needed.
